Your Responsibilities

• Assistance with various civil law matters, in particular international contract law, commercial and corporate law
• Handling of administrative legal issues, in particular notarizations of documents and trade registry applications
• Preparation and participation in contract and settlement negotiations

Your Profile

• Ongoing studies in Law
• You have completed or are close to completion of your Bachelor degree in Law
• Fluent in English and French
• Pragmatic, with a goal-oriented working style
• 60% to 100% work time basis
• Minimum 6 months contract
